The photos here, taken at the June 2005 Monografica in Cartaxo, about one hour north of Lisbon, are all of wire coat Podengo Pequenos. Many thanks to Vasco Ivo Matias of Vale do Cutileiro kennels in Santa Caterina for these fine photographs. They will give you a sense of the quality and high standards for the breed in its home country, the same values we adhere to at Porto Novo Podengos home in Connecticut.
