Fidalga da Casa de Sao DomingosFidalga da Casa de Sao Domingos, known as Fida, came to live with us in Newport in 2002. You may recognize her face from the buttons we hand out at dog shows that say "I've Been Podengoed!" She was also featured on promotions for one of the World Podengo Shows in Portugal in 2004. Fida is a fantastic, fun-loving girl who had four wonderful puppies and was a great mom. Everyone who ever met Fida fell in love with her friendly, outgoing personality and welcoming smile.
In 2005, Fida went to live in Minnesota with Jane and Dale and has a great life there, hanging out with her favorite humans and playing with her canine friend Archie. She loves the snow as much as the sun it seems, take a look at some of her newest photos -- click on photo to enlarge.
