Painters and Podengos
The house is being painted and the Podengos have become great friends with the painters, Leszek and Bartek. We have a picnic lunch every day in the yard and Caia and Donzela are especially in love with Leszek and Bucky and Schwartz love Bartok. Amalia keeps an eye on all of them but seems to prefer Leszek, who has two fun-loving little Westies and is a real dog person. So now I leave the shutters open when they come so the Podengos can watch them all the time. They run from room to room following the progress of the painting. But then they get sleepy after so many hours of fun that they go onto their bed in their dog room and take a good nap!
